In a confirmed deal, one rake of South African RB2 (5500 NAR) coal has been sold at INR 5,500/t (exclusive of cess and GST) ex-Gangavaram, down against last week’s trade price of INR 5,700/t. The trades at port have turned dull with buyers adopting a wait-and-watch mode as sponge iron prices have been falling since the past few days.
