South African coal near a month high in Atlantic Market

Coal prices at South Africa’s Richard’s Bay coal terminal, the single largest export coal terminal touched near a month high and offers remained stronger.*on Atlantic market demand and supported by speculation that China may raise its imports.

Prices gained 0.3 percent to $123/MT at Richards Bay and it was reported that terminal shipped 4.81 million tons of coal in April.
