South Africa: Jupiter Mines’ manganese ore production hike by 55% y-o-y in Q3 CY’24

In Q3 CY24 (Jul-Sep’24), Jupiter Mines Limited reported a 55% increase y-o-y in manganese ore production from Tshipi mines to 1.21 mnt as compared to 0.78 mnt in CPLY. Meanwhile, the sales volume saw an uptick of 12% y-o-y to 1.03 mnt from 0.92 mnt in CPLY. The rise can be attributed to the improved equipment utilisation and performance.
