As per a local news channel from South Africa, Eskom will implement stage 2 load-shedding from 17:00 on Wednesday until 23:00 on Friday night, and continue through the weekend. This could lead to further production cuts in the ferrochrome industry which already remained affected due to the typhoon and the second wave of the pandemic.
