South Africa: Chrome ore exports up by over 20%, m-o-m, in Jan’22

South Africa chrome ore exports rose by 21% m-o-m to 1.31 mnt in Jan’22 from 1.06 mnt in Dec’21 keeping the same pace on a yearly basis, SteelMint data reveals. Meanwhile, China emerged as the major exporter with 0.679 mnt followed by Mozambique with 0.459 mnt, Indonesia 0.056 mnt, and Hong Kong with 0.51 mnt.
