South32 has reduced manganese ore prices by $0.05/dmtu m-o-m for Dec’ 20 shipments. The Australian lumps (Mn 45%) is being offered at $4.50/dmtu CIF China, Australian seed (Mn 45.5%) at $4.26/dmtu and the South African semi-carbonate Mn ore is offered at $4.30/dmtu. This fall can be attributed to the higher inventories at Chinese ports and limited buying interest.
