Sims Limited will sell its UK Metals business to Unimetals Group for 195 million pounds ($385 million), closing by Q1FY’25. The deal includes 28 facilities, including three ports and four shredders. Unimetals will use the proceeds to strengthen its balance sheet and expand. Sims will focus on Australia, New Zealand, and North America and is also selling CLP Circular Services Holdings for around $32 million.
