Shagang Steel hikes construction steel price by RMB 150 ($25) for early-Jan ’21

China’s leading steelmaker Shagang Steel has raised its construction steel prices by RMB 150, effective from 01 Jan ’21. The current price for rebar (16-25 mm) stands at RMB 4,650/t, wire rod (6-10 mm) at RMB 4,860/t and coiled rebar (8-10 mm) at RMB 4,900/t. All prices are on ex-mill basis.
