Serajuddin Mines, a merchant miner of Iron ore with 2 million tons per annum (MnTPA) production capacity and mining operations in the state of Odisha, has revised Iron ore prices w.e.f the 15th of July.
The miner has lowered offers for Iron ore lumps by Rs 400/MT. Whereas, Iron ore fines prices continue to stand at similar levels.
Serajuddin Mines Iron ore prices w.e.f 15 July:
Sized Iron ore (lumps) 5-18 mm Fe 63 = Rs 5,360/MT, down by Rs 400/MT
Iron ore fines Fe 63 = Rs 1,860/MT, unchanged
Iron ore fines Fe 60 = Rs 1,460/MT, unchanged
Loaded to wagons prices, including Royalty
“Lumps of Serajuddin mines is cheaper now, as other miners such as OMC and KJS Ahluwalia are offering it at low prices.
Also, it has not been able to receive enough booking orders in lumps, which is doing ok with fines.
Lastly, Sponge iron prices are not picking up and have failed to support lumps offers at previous levels”, said sources.
