SE Asia imported billet prices strengthened this week. As per sources, billet import offers for 5SP were recorded at $510-520/tonne (t) CFR Manila, an increase of $10/t w-o-w. Meanwhile, billet export offers from Indonesia and Vietnam were heard at $500/t and $505/t FOB respectively.
