In the third week of Aug’22, auto component producers in north India conducted auctions for HR-CR busheling and turning scrap. Volumes offered at auctions this week were lower compared to last week due to festive holidays. A Haryana-based auto parts producer conducted an auction on 16 Aug for 90 t of scrap, which was sold at around INR 48,000/t exw.
