Russian semi-finished steel exports rise by 5% m-o-m in Aug’20

Russian semi-finished steel exports, during Aug’20, have increased by 5% to reach 1.42 mn t from 1.36 mn t in Jul’20. The rise in exports was due to the increased buying from Turkey, which reported an increase of approximately five-fold. On the other hand, China and Italy noted a fall of 53% and 62%, respectively.
