A major Russian steel mill is heard to have concluded a deal for around 30,000 t of hot-rolled coil (HRC) to Vietnam. The deal was finalised at $860-870/t CFR Vietnam, SteelMint learnt from trader sources. Russian HRC export prices have fallen by $20/t on subdued demand.
