Russia: NLMK expects to achieve the target of 12.2 mn t crude steel output in CY’20

With increase in steel output in Q4’20, following the completion of major capital repairs at NLMK Lipetsk site’s hot-end operations, the Russian steel giant is positive to achieve its set target of 12.2-12.3 mn t in CY’20. Corresponding projects form part of the modernization programme, which will enable an increase in NLMK Lipetsk’s steel output to 14.2 mn t pa starting from CY’21.
