Russian steelmajor MMK Group recorded 22% q-o-q decline in its crude steel output in Q2 by producing 2.36 mn t steel products compared to 3.02 mn t in Q1, due to the scheduled reconstruction of Hot-Rolling Mill 2500 and drop in demand amid the spread of COVID-19 pandemic. H1 steel output recorded at 5.38 mn t, down 13.2% y-o-y.
