HRC prices in South
India have noticed a strong rally in the last few days. Market traders report
SteelMint that improved demand from places like Chennai and Bellary has kept
the HRC prices firm.
Essar Steel, Chennai is quoting its HRC trading prices at Rs. 43,300/MT
(Ex-works) for size 0.7-3mm. Bellary HRC is offered at Rs. 41,500/MT (Basic
price) for size 0.7-3mm and that of BSL is hovering around Rs. 44,500/MT (Basic
price).
