RINL has floated global tender for purchase of 8,000 MT Calcined Pet coke inviting overseas and indigenous suppliers.
Vishakhapatnam Steel Plant, one of the largest steelmakers, has intended to purchase 8,000 MT Calcined Pet coke containing 1% Sulphur. The material should be supplied as 800 MT per month starting May’15 onwards.
Eligible tenderer should be a manufacturer of Calcined Pet coke with 1% Sulphur or should be a Pet coke supplier. Only one offer will be accepted from each principal manufacturer either directly or through their agents. In case of more than one offer from the same principal manufacturer, all the offers will be rejected.

Quotation of Prices
Imported suppliers: Prices should be quoted on FoB Load Port and CFR Vishakhapatnam Port basis.
Indigenous suppliers: Prices should be quoted on FoB VSP Store basis.
Last date for bid submission will be 13 Mar, 2015 at 10.30 hrs.
