Rebar mills in West Bengal raise gauge parity by INR 500/t

West Bengal-based rebar manufacturers have increased the diameter difference by INR 500/t with effect from 29 Dec’22 due to diminishing conversion spread from billet to rebar.
The current gauge parity for 12-25 mm rebar stands at INR 5,000/t & for 8, 28 & 32mm it is at INR 6,500/t.
Mills have increased the rebar gauge parity after a gap of five months.
