Re-bar prices show a change in Raipur and South.
Raipur TMT prices gain in the range of Rs 200-300/MT on power price rise that will be effective from tomorrow. Demand from buyers comes in as prices have gained marginally, which might otherwise increase more in near term.
South: Manufacturers in Chennai cut Re-bar offers by Rs 500/MT and that of Hyderabad by Rs 200/MT. The major reason as said by them is the ban on sand mining by Government, one of the major resource in construction sector. It may take around a week more for the release of this ban after which prices might improve.
Demand in finished alongwith its prices survive at same levels in other locations as to previous trade.
