Re-bar markets in South is not much encouraging

TMT prices in South market saw a downtrend.

Hyderabad Re-bar trading prices slip by Rs 200/MT to Rs
39,000/MT (Basic).

“Availability of raw material sand, the major resource is
limited and expensive due to which construction activities are on hold. High
Court might give orders to lift the ban on sand mining on the 7^th of
this month which is imposed due to  illegal mining beyond the approved licenses.
The transportation cost of sand from districts to major cities is also high,” said a manufacturer.

TMT prices in South might improve if ban on mining sand is lifted.
