At PSU steel producer Vizag Steel’s pooled iron auction on 08 Dec’20, the entire material of 4,000 t was booked at INR 28,900/t (ex-works), which is INR 1,900/t higher compared with the last auction conducted on 23 Nov’20. Prices are staying firm mainly on the back of elevated raw materials prices amid supply concerns in the market.
