Limited demand has once again taken a toll on the OMC (Orissa Mining Corporation) monthly Chrome Ore e-auction. Due to poor response from bidders OMC has to sell the materials at the base price in the April round of e-auction held on 20th April. Overall, out of the 53,300 tonnes of Chrome Ore (including Concentrate) kept in the e-auction only 22,800 tonnes have been fetched bids and remaining 30,500 tonnes are remain unsold.
