About 5,000 t of sponge C-DRI FeM 80% (70:30 mix of lumps, fines) export deals were reported from Jharkhand today at $420-425/t, loaded on to rake, equivalent to $450/t CPT Nepal. Also, one mini rake deal (1,250 t) of C-DRI FeM 81-82% (100% lumps) from Odisha was confirmed at $435/t, loaded on to rake, equivalent to $465/t CPT Nepal. Sponge iron buying interest remains active in Nepal.
