Plan to restart China’s Ganqimaodu border crossing postponed

Authorities at China’s Ganqimaodu border crossing, the largest gateway for coal imports from Mongolia to China, has postponed the plan to restart customs clearance of coal trucks on 1 Jun’22 until further notice. This step has been taken after truck drivers were tested positive for the COVID-19 virus on 31 May.
