Pig Iron manufacturers in the state of Minas Gerais in southeastern Brazil reduce prices for exports purposes.
Low supply of the semi finished material as well as weak buying accounted for fall in prices.
Producers wish not to meet with inventory in large quantities during the end of the year and hence reduce prices.
Brazilian Pig Iron makers are offering it in the range of 360-400/MT FOB at present, which was at $419/MT FOB a month before.
