Pig Iron producers in China lift the domestic offers in few of the cities on account of the price rise of other steel products and some buying seen in market.
No bookings have been placed at the levels raised slightly as market is not stagnant and is has been fluctuating with the changes seen in raw materials and semi finished market.
Pig Iron in Tangshan is being quoted at RMB 2,800/MT (Ex works including 17% VAT on cash payment basis). Prices might move up a little in the coming days as production is limited.
