in India are maintaining prices at current levels, which have less chances of
coming down in last two quarters of the current year”, remarked Mr Ashok
Singh, Additional General Manager of Jayaswal Neco Industries Limited at
Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
According to him, any rise
in raw material prices will definitely improve Pig Iron offers and that buying
will be good during December.
Sales of around 500 to 600
tons daily are decent presently at Rs 26,000/MT and Rs 29,600/MT (Basic) for
steel and foundry grade respectively.
