South East Brazil: Pig Iron producers in the state of Minas Gerais in South East Brazil offer 50,000 tons of material at $360/MT FOB as not many trades were heard in last few days.
North Brazil: Suppliers at the Cajaras mine in Northern Brazil have quoted a total of 70,000 tons of Pig Iron at $25/MT more $420/MT CFR in comparison to the last closed deals for USA buyers who are interested to make purchases of Pig Iron.
CIS: Pig Iron is being traded at slightly high offers from both Black and Baltic Sea of the CIS on account of upward movement of scrap prices and also as material for imports and exports at the US ports are facing delay due to the disaster caused by Hurricane Sandy.
