Pig Iron suppliers in the northern part of Brazil, Carajas have been able to meet with quite good demand during this week.
Exporters of Pig Iron in northern Brazil have sold out the semi finished material in large quantities to US based buyers.
The last couple of deals were closed at high prices quoted above $445/MT FOB Ponta Da Madeira and Pig Iron looks to be offered at high prices in the near future.
