Peru: Copper production declines marginally, y-o-y, in March

According to the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Peru (MINEM), copper production in the world’s second largest copper-producing country, stood at 182,160 t in Mar’22, or 0.5% lower compared to 183,044 t in Mar’21. Compania Minera Antamina has 20.7% share in Peru’s total copper output, SteelMint learnt from sources.
