Major steel manufacturers in Pakistan, Hadeed Pakistan Private Limited (HP), International Steels Limited (ISL), Aisha Steel Mills Limited (ASML), have announced an increase of PKR 3,000/t ($17/t) in cold-rolled coil (CRC) and coated flat steel product prices with effect from 05 Mar’22. Rising prices of imported HRCs amidst the ongoing geo-political crisis is among the leading factors behind this hike.
