Pakistan: Scrap import prices down marginally in latest deals

Around 4,500 t of UK/EU-origin shredded scrap in containers was booked at $554-555/t CFR Qasim recently.
SteelMint’s assessment for shredded scrap import prices into Pakistan stands at $555/t CFR, down slightly by $3/t d-o-d.
However, a majority of offers by the suppliers remain unchanged at $560-565/t CFR.
