- Pakistan’s steel major, Mughal Steel, has raised rebar offers by PKR 12,000/tonne ($44/t).
- Current offers for G-60 grade rebars (10-12 mm) are at PKR 280,000-290,000/t exw ($1,017-1,053/t), including taxes, effective from 3 Feb’23. Tradable prices are lower by PKR 10,000-15,000/t.
- The mill revised its ex-factory prices due to severe supply chain disruptions, raw material scarcity, and the current economic situation.
