Imported scrap prices in Pakistan have moved up by around $10-15/t in the deals concluded recently. Deals for around 3,000-4,000 t of imported shredded scrap in containers from UK origin have been concluded at $440/t CFR Qasim, credible sources have highlighted to SteelMint. However, the current offers have increased further and are now heard in the range of $440-450/t CFR Qasim basis.
