Imported HRC (SS400) offers to Pakistan increased significantly to $835-840/t CFR from China contrasted against the $785-800/t CFR level in the previous week.
However, offers have now dried up from China owing to the week-long Chinese Lunar New Year holidays. No trades were reported as buyers turned to the sidelines, awaiting a clear market direction post-the holidays.
