Chinese export offers for HRC (SS400) has dropped by $5-10/t w-o-w to $560-565/t CFR Karachi, against $570/t last week. The decline is attributed to weak demand and cautious buying sentiments in the domestic market. Chinese SHFE steel futures prices have also declined following the CNY holidays. However, a slight increase was seen today to RMB 3,901/t ($542/t) d-o-d against RMB 3,882/t ($539/t).
