Chinese export offers for HRC (SS400) have dropped by around $5/t w-o-w to $540-545/t CFR Karachi, against $545-550/t last week. This decline in export offers from China is likely due to reduced demand during Holy Ramadan month, and downward movement of Chinese steel futures contracts.
