Chinese export offers for HRC (SS400) have dropped by $10/t w-o-w to $550-555/t CFR Karachi, against $560-565/t last week. The recent decline is attributed to drop in Chinese export offers amidst weaker demand & drop in steel futures. Moreover, Chinese SHFE HRC futures prices have also declined by RMB 46/t ($6/t) w-o-w to RMB 3,798/t ($528/t) on 13 March against RMB 3,844/t ($534/t) in the previous week.
