India and Pakistan have reported to have resumed bulk scrap bookings after a pause amid COVID-19 outbreak. Mughal Steel is reported to have booked 32,000 MT US Shredded scrap cargo at USD 282-283/MT, CFR for early Jul shipment. Also a 30,000 MT bulk US composite cargo (20,000 MT Shredded and 10,000 MT HMS) was booked for India at an average price of USD 280/MT, CFR for Jun loading.
