Pakistan-based importers have booked 20,000 t hot-rolled coils (HRC) for import from Indonesia in the beginning of this week. The deal was sealed at $850/t CFR Pakistan for Apr’22 shipment, SteelMint learnt from sources. The deal price fell by $20/t as against the previous deal reported a week ago. However, amidst Russia-Ukraine tensions, suppliers are holding back offers.
