- LME base metals prices opened on a positive note today, with aluminium rising 2% d-o-d, whereas stocks fell d-o-d led by zinc stocks falling almost 2%.
- The opening stocks of aluminium at LME warehouses stood at 268,250 t on 9 May’22, of which live warrants were 354,700 t and cancelled warrants were 213,550 t.
- Nickel stocks were assessed at 73,308 t of which live warrants were 62,676 t and cancelled warrants were 10,632 t.
