KJS Ahluwalia, an Odisha based miner has cut iron ore lump prices by Rs 500-700/t looking at falling sponge prices and low demand from sponge manufacturers w.e.f 1st August.Where as fines prices are reduced by Rs 200/t.
Before this some big miners have also reduced their offers by Rs 450-500/t.
Current offers for KJS are
5-18mm (63%)= Rs 6,470
10-30mm (61%)= Rs 5,970
Fines (63%)= Rs 2,420
