- Norwegian aluminium producer, Norsk Hydro has signed an agreement to acquire Hueck Extrusion of Germany and it is expected to end by Q1 CY23.
- With this acquisition, the company will have one additional extrusion facilities and three recycling facilities. Hueck’s casthouse operation has a capacity of 50,000 t/annum.
- The company has a casthouse capacity of 2.72 mnt till 2021, as per its website.
