Billet offers in North China fall in line with weak demand for finished steel products.
In Tangshan city of China, Billet price reduced by RMB 10-20/t and is being quoted in the range of RMB 3,570/t to RMB 3,580/t.
(Ex works price including 17% VAT on cash payment basis)
Buyers are in no mood to make bulk purchases of Billet and prefer to wait.
