NMDC had conducted an iron ore e-auction on 21 Dec’21 from its Kumaraswamy mines at which 168,000 t of material was booked out of a total of 273,000 t.
Highlights:
- JSW Steel emerged as the largest buyer at 72,000 t, followed by NMDC Ltd. at 16,000 t.
- The iron ore fines (Fe 65.8%) lot was booked at INR 4,607-4,617/t (basic, taxes extra).
