From its Kirandul and Bacheli mines in the state of Chhattisgarh, NMDC is to e-auction a total of 160,000 MT of iron ore on February 26.
Bacheli mines:
1. 40,000 MT Iron-ore CLO: 10 lots of 4,000 WMT, 10-40 mm, Fe% 67, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD per Lots) 23,00,000
2. 12,000 MT Baila ROM: 3 lots of 4,000 WMT, 10-150 mm, Fe% 65.5, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 18,00,000
3. 12,000 MT of Baila fines: 3 lots of 4,000 WMT, 10 mm, Fe% 64, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 11,00,000
Kirandul mines:
1. 44,000 MT of Baila lumps: 11 lots of 4,000 WMT, 6-40 mm, Fe% 65.5, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 21,00,000
2. 32,000 MT of Baila fines: 8 lots of 4,000 WMT, 10 mm, Fe% 64, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 11,00,000
3. 20,000 MT of Baila fines: 5 lots of 4,000 WMT, 10 mm, Fe% 64, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) 11,00,000
Transit fee Rs 7/t to be collected by NMDC projects (for transportation of iron ore by rail/road) and C.G forest division.
Transit fee is in addition to Royalty, Sales tax/VAT, forest development tax, forest permit fee and labour welfare cess or any other statutory duties, levies and taxes etc applicable during supply.
