National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) is going to conduct an e-auction of 40,000 MT calibrated lump ore, 32,000 MT ROM, 60,000 MT iron ore lump and 48,000 MT iron ore fines. Earlier in the beginning of April NMDC roll over prices i.e. in line with Mar’18 prices but later in the month decreased its prices by INR 100-110/MT for rest of the month deliveries.
The Iron Ore will be delivered on FOR Ex-Mine Basis by Rail and the contract period is 45 days from the date of issuance of offer.
This rate should be valid for 10 (ten) working days from the date of online auction for the acceptance by the NMDC. Once the rate is accepted by the NMDC the price shall remain firm during the period of contract.
