Offers in secondary market remain under pressure

Today, billet offers in secondary market have plunged down further by upto INR 200/MT in central & east markets. In same line, manufacturers in south and west India reported, poor trade activities at current offers. They metioned that offers may come down anytime soon as mill operators are not willing to purchase at current offers. Heavy rainfall in these regions has been disturbing semis and long steel dispatches.
