Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL), the largest exporter of steel grade Pig Iron in India has floated an exports tender of 30,000 tons which is to open on the 14th of December 2012.
The company has not met with domestic sales in good volumes and on account of the large quantity of inventory available, is looking to supply it in the international market.
NINL sells most of its steel grade Pig Iron to Bhubaneswar, Odisha and Kolkata based consumers. Current offers stand at Rs 23,500/MT (Basic) and discount of up to Rs 900/MT is being offered to buyers in domestic market on purchase of 6 rakes of material.
