MMTC on behalf of NINL, has recently floated a price circular for billet of 150*150 mm size on ex-plant basis against 100% advance payment. The company offers minimum lifting of 100 MT (+5%) billet on first-cum-first-serve basis.
The material booked shall have to be lifted within 1-month of the issuance of delivery order/delivery instructions by MMTC. The price circular is valid upto 15 Mar’16.

The above price is exclusive of excise duty, sales tax, freight and other statutory duties/ taxes etc at actual applicable on the date of delivery and same shall be borne by the buyer.
Currently in domestic market, billet prices are hovering in the range of INR 21,600-25,000/MT; have upsurged by INR 400-550/MT in last 2-3 days. 125*125 mm billet is available at INR 21,600/MT ex-Rourkela, INR 22,400/MT ex-Durgapur and INR 23,000/MT ex-Raipur for commercial grade.
